Some clients have asked you to prepare a conference room for the events listed below:Work in teams of 2 and choose four of the events and decide:
  • The most suitable set up style.
  • The equipment necessary.
  • Catering (coffee, food, etc.) you must consider a specific area for continuos service.
  • Personnel.
  • Each event is 3 to 4 hours long.
  • prepare a short presentation to explain your choices.

  1. A meeting with the CEO and the members of the board of a multinational company. (16 people)
  2. A seminar on the latest trends in architectural design with a guest speaker. ( 60 people)
  3. An assembly with the workers of a mining company to elect the Union leaders. (300 people)
  4. An assessment center (several candidates are assessed to select the best one for an executive position) (5 candidates, a moderator, and a panel of three assessors).
